ProHeat HTS (Pty) Ltd is the brainchild of heat treatment industry leaders and was founded in 2023 with a focus to address the service shortcomings experienced in the petrochemical and Oil and Gas industries. We are committed to transforming the industries mindset from generic heat treatment services to services that include technologically advanced processes that include a fully auditable record and trail whilst at the same time providing a quality and reliable service to all our clients .

We place a high value on transformation as the company was established by our people, for our people. We are a 51% black owned EME with a 41% black woman ownership. Our senior management team are local to the TEKS and Sasolburg areas and provide a hands-on management approach ensuring that services delivery to our customers is managed by the stakeholders.

MANAGING DIRECTOR
Co-founder and Managing Director of Proheat HTS, Diresh holds 18 years of hands on experience in industry, His passion in the welding and fabrication sector was nurtured from a young age, this passion lead him to pursuing a career as a Welding Inspector, which he exceled in and owes his accomplishments to the petrochemical industry and his previous colleagues, as the previous Deputy General Manger of both a respected NDT and Heat treatment organization his skills in Business Development, people development, quality, safety, technical and operations makes his dream to have a heat treatment fraternity specifically tailored to petrochemical needs possible.
PETER NKOSI
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
As Operations Director and Co-Founder of the company, Peter has over 21 years of experience in heat treatment operations, with specific experience in the petrochemical industry. From humble beginnings, he worked his way up the ranks to become a technician, then a site manager, and now Operations Director. As a result of his vast knowledge and dedication to his team, Proheat HTS will be the industry leader in Heat Treatment applications.
Moreover, Peter is the organization's Gas Practitioner, responsible for ensuring that all installation code compliance and safety standards are met.
